The simple and efficient design allows quick change of the orifice plate by removing the clamp bar with bolts and then removing the seal bar/orifice plate carrier

assembly.

HNBR or Viton bonded to a stainless steel metal insert which retains seal shape, ensuring no protrusion into the bore. The Orifice Seal design provides a positive seal against the orifice plate and the upstream seat face, while the carrier creates a positive stop against the downstream seat face.

The seal bar is specially designed with a guide pin, making reinstallation of the carrier assembly simple and efficient, while maintaining the integrity of the eccentricity requirements.
